Love, Joy, Peace...
"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.”
Matthew 28:19-20
Our Purpose
To share the gift of salvation freely offered by Jesus Christ to everyone.
Our Mission
To love God and serve our neighbors within a spiritual community.
Forgiven in Christ, Joined to Jesus
Rose of Sharon Lutheran Church (ROS) aims to spread the love and teachings of Jesus Christ to the contemporary world through both our words and deeds. We are a Christian church that upholds God's love for the world, as shown through the sacrifice of His son, Jesus Christ, for our salvation.
As part of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, Rose of Sharon Lutheran Church embraces the Bible as the truth of God. We hold the belief that Jesus Christ paid for our sins, and through Christ alone we are redeemed. Despite our imperfections and frequent failures to love God with all our heart and our neighbors as ourselves, the Good News assures us that salvation and eternal life are gifts from God, granted through faith in the perfect life, atoning death, and victorious resurrection of Jesus Christ. We welcome you to join our worship and discover God's love along with the blessings of faith and salvation.

"I am a Rose of Sharon, a lily of the valleys"
Throughout the Bible, God depicts His love for us as a bridegroom for His bride. Our name, Rose of Sharon comes from Song of Solomon 2:1, where King Solomon's bride sings how her bridegroom's love makes her beautiful in his eyes.
