Operation Christmas Child Program
We're already thinking ahead to Christmas and our beloved Operation Christmas Child! This year, we're short on preprinted boxes, so we're inviting you to save your shoeboxes for our packing party. Alternatively, you can purchase 50 Operation Christmas Child boxes for $33.00, plus $17.00 shipping. Or for just $10 you can donate towards shipping/ handling, educational materials and teacher instructions for presenting the gospel. We'd love for you to reach out if you'd like to contribute.
Please remember, no bars of soap this year.
Operation Christmas Child 2025 Dates
November 9th – Assemble Boxes
November 14th – Set up for packing party @ 6:00 pm
November 16th – Packing party after church
November 17th – 24th - National Collection Week: We will need helpers throughout this week to accept the boxes daily, loading the trucks and help with the semi. Drop off times for each day listed below.

Prairie Restoration Project In Progress
Rose of Sharon is transforming several acres of our lawn into natural prairie land, a process that takes several years. Establishing the prairie involves mowing it down to control weeds and performing controlled burns, but rest assured, it will grow back beautifully.

Members of Rose of Sharon are dedicated to supporting human care ministries local and worldwide, including Friends in Need Food Shelf and Feed My Starving Children.
